RangeSelectorBehaviorBuilder Methods

Provides methods that allow you to configure nested options of the client-side behavior object.

ManualRangeSelectionEnabled(Boolean)	Indicates whether or not an end user can specify the range using a mouse, without the use of sliders. Mirrors the client-side manualRangeSelectionEnabled option.
