Specifies the series point’s value.

An object that is the point value.

Remarks

Use the DateTimeValue property to obtain the point’s DateTime value if the value data type is DateTime. If values are numeric, use the PointData.NumericalValue property to get the point’s value.

To explicitly define the value scale type, specify the PointDataCollection.ValueScaleType property. For more information about scale types, refer to the following section: Load Chart Data - Available Data Types.

To specify the point’s argument, specify the Argument property.

Example

This example creates a Cartesian chart with 3 Stacked Bar series, populates them with data, and adjusts common settings.
