Remarks
When in the Customization Mode, you can specify if BaseLayoutItems whose visibility is Hidden or Collapsed are visible and available for the customization process or not. An end-user can toggle this by checking the 'Show invisible items' CheckBox at the bottom of the Customization Form at runtime. Use the ShowInvisibleItemsInCustomizationForm to do this in code.
