Scroll Button

Scroll buttons are NavBar elements which enable scrolling of group contents. Only Side Bar Views whose OptionsBehavior.Common.AllowChildGroups property is set to False support scroll buttons. In Explorer Bar Views and Side Bar Views whose OptionsBehavior.Common.AllowChildGroups property is set to True, a scrollbar is used instead.

Scroll buttons appear when not all links can be displayed within a visible part of a NavBar group.
