Scrolls the worksheet to the specified column and row.

Parameters

rowIndex	Int32	An integer that is the zero-based index of the row to which the worksheet must be scrolled.
columnIndex	Int32	An integer that is the zero-based index of the column to which the worksheet must be scrolled.

Remarks

If you scroll to a row that is hidden, the worksheet will be scrolled to the first unhidden row below the specified row. If you scroll to a hidden column, the worksheet will be scrolled to the first unhidden column to the right of the specified column.

If you scroll to a row that is frozen, the worksheet will be scrolled to the first row of the scrollable area. If you scroll to a column that is frozen, the worksheet will be scrolled to the first column of the scrollable area.
