Use the Border.LineStyle and Border.Color properties of the Border object to specify the border line style and color.
To access the Border object that represents the border or set of borders of an individual cell or range of cells, use the corresponding property of the Borders object.

This example demonstrates how to specify different borders for individual cells and ranges of cells by modifying the Borders object.
