Use the Worksheet.Pictures.AddPicture(Image image, Range targetRange, bool lockAspectRatio) method instead.

Inserts an image to fit in the specified range allowing you to lock the aspect ratio.

Parameters

targetRange	Range	A Range to which the inserted picture fits.
lockAspectRatio	Boolean	true, to lock the aspect ratio; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The image is resized to fit in the specified range.

Inserted picture has a FloatingObject.Placement set to Placement.MoveAndSize.
