Use the Worksheet.Pictures.AddPicture(SpreadsheetImageSource imageSource, Range targetRange, bool lockAspectRatio) method instead.

Inserts a picture from the SpreadsheetImageSource object to fit in the specified range allowing you to lock the aspect ratio.

Remarks

The SpreadsheetImageSource object enables you to create a picture from various sources - from a stream, a file, or from an Image object.

Inserted picture has a FloatingObject.Placement set to Placement.MoveAndSize.
