Visual Experience

The Visual Experience options page enables you to modify color options for all CodeRush Classic visual features and manage color schemes.
The options page includes two option groups.
#Skins and Icons
This section contains options for skin and DXCore Visualize Toolbar icon appearances. It includes the following options.
Apply an appropriate skin and icons set to match the Visual Studio color theme
Specifies whether CodeRush Classic uses a skin corresponding to the current Visual Studio color scheme or custom color settings. If this option is checked, other options of the Skins and Icons section are disabled.
Icon set
Enables you to choose the icon set for the DXCore Visualize Toolbar. The available values are Color and Metropolis.
Enable skins
Check this option to specify a skin different from the current Visual Studio skin for CodeRush Classic tool windows.
Active skin
Specifies the active skin for CodeRush Classic tool windows. Check the Enable bonus skins to extend the list of skins with additional skins.
#Color schemes
Use options of this section to manage color schemes of CodeRush Classic visual elements. This section includes the following options.
Active color scheme
Specifies the current color scheme. To add a new scheme or delete the active scheme, use the appropriate buttons under the Active color scheme combobox.
Apply an appropriate scheme to match the Visual Studio color theme.
Specifies whether CodeRush Classic uses a color scheme corresponding to the current Visual Studio color scheme or custom color settings. If this option is checked, the Active color scheme option is disabled.
The table at the bottom of the options page contains color options for all visual elements.
You can specify color for the desired element via the color choosing dialog,
or link the desired element color to another element color.
Use the field to the right of the table to view how the selected visual element will look if you apply the current color options.
