ChartArgumentAxisBuilder.WorkdaysOnly(JS) Method

Leaves only workdays on the axis: the work week days plus single workdays minus holidays. Applies only if the axis' argumentType is 'datetime'. Mirrors the client-side workdaysOnly option.
