ASPxClientTreeList.GetToolbarByName(name) Method
Returns a toolbar specified by its name.

Remarks
The tree list control’s client-side functionality allows you toolbars to be accessed programmatically on the client side. The GetToolbarByName method gets a client toolbar object specified by its name. A toolbar’s name is defined by the MenuItem.Name property.
Note that if an invalid name is passed via the parameter, this method returns null.
