TcxHintStyle.IconType Property

Specifies which icon is displayed within hints.

Remarks

Use the IconType property to specify the icon to be displayed within hints. The following values are available for this property:

Value Meaning Examples (for Windows XP)
cxhiNone No icon is displayed. No Icon
cxhiApplication The application icon is displayed. An Application Icon
cxhiInformation The information icon is displayed. An Information Icon
cxhiWarning The warning icon is displayed. A Warning Icon
cxhiError The error icon is displayed. An Error Icon
cxhiQuestion The question icon is displayed. A Question Icon
cxhiWinLogo The Windows logo icon is displayed. A Windows Logo Icon
cxhiCurrentApplication The current application’s icon is displayed. An Icon of the Current Application
cxhiCustom The displayed icon is specified by the Icon property. A Custom Icon

The size of displayed icons can be changed using the IconSize property.

The default value of the IconType property is cxhiNone.
