TcxCustomGridTableItem.OnGetCellHint Event

Fires before the item’s hint is shown when an end-user positions the mouse pointer over the item’s data cell.

Remarks

Handle this event to customize the item’s hint and its display position.

The Sender parameter specifies the currently processed item.

The ARecord parameter specifies the record in a Card View that the item belongs to.

The ACellViewInfo parameter provides the ViewInfo information on the item’s data cell.

The AMousePos parameter specifies relative onscreen coordinates of the mouse pointer.

The AHintText parameter specifies the text to be drawn in the hint window. Pass an empty string as this parameter to hide the hint window.

The AIsHintMultiLine parameter specifies whether the text can be wrapped.

The AHintTextRect parameter specifies relative onscreen coordinates of the hint window.
