Returns the name of a link to the specified filter item.

When implemented, the ItemLinkNames property should return the name of a unique link to a filter item. The filter item is specified by the Index parameter.

The GetItemLinkName method should be implemented to provide the correct ItemLinkNames property operation.

To access a particular link, pass its index to the ItemLinks zero-based collection.
