AdjustForDaylightSavingTime	Gets or sets whether the time ruler maintains daylight-saving time.
AlwaysShowTimeDesignator	Gets or sets whether the AM/PM designator is shown for each hour.
AlwaysShowTopRowTime	This property overrides the corresponding property of the base class. It has no effect in DXScheduler for Silverlight.
Caption	Gets or sets the time ruler's caption.
ShowCurrentTime	Gets or sets whether the time slider which indicates the current time is displayed within the time ruler.
ShowMinutes	Gets or sets whether minutes are displayed by the time ruler.
TimeZoneId
UseClientTimeZone	Gets or sets whether a particular time ruler always uses the ClientTimeZoneId setting.
Visible	Gets or sets whether a TimeRuler element is displayed within the SchedulerControl.
