Parameters

formula	String	A string that is a valid worksheet formula. For use in data validation, the formula must begin with an equal sign and it must evaluate to either true or false.
invariant	Boolean	true, if the formula is in the invariant (English) culture; otherwise, false.

Remarks

Use the ValueObject.Formula property to obtain the formula from the created object. To determine whether the ValueObject originates from the formula, check the ValueObject.IsFormula property.
