RangeExtensions.Insert(Range) Method

Inserts the cell range in the worksheet, shifting other cells in the same column down.

Remarks

The Insert method is an extension method of the Range object that is called by using the instance method syntax.

To delete cells, use the RangeExtensions.Delete method.
