Offline Installation (No Internet) - DevExpress Unified Component Installer
When you use the DevExpress Unified Installer, your development machine should have an active Internet connection. An active connection allows our services to verify DevExpress credentials you entered. If no Internet connection is available when you enter your login information, the following error message appears:
Click Register Offline. The installer takes you to the next screen where you need to supply your DevExpress License Key. To obtain your key, visit DevExpress.com Download Manager.
After the installer validates your license key, you can proceed with the installation.
Note
If you do not have access to any device with internet access, you can only install DevExpress .NET products in trial/evaluation mode.
