The Pie dashboard item allows you to select whether diagrams should be painted as pies or donuts.

To select the diagram style, use the Pie and Donut buttons in the Style group on the Design Ribbon tab of the Pies Tools contextual tab set.

To select the diagram style in code, use the PieDashboardItem.PieType property.

You can enable the Segment Spacing button to increase spacing between item elements:

Use the PieDashboardItem.SegmentSpacing property to specify the spacing size.
