Use a Project Template to Create a Fully Functional Application
You can create a new application using Template Gallery. The template will invoke Project Wizard which will help you automatically generate an application that resembles Microsoft Outlook® and customize it to create your own business solution.
The New Project dialog is shown in the picture below.
In the DevExpress Template Gallery dialog select ASP.NET platform, ASP.NET MVC tab and Web Application. Name the project and click Run Wizard.
In the Project Wizard window choose the Outlook layout, ad illustrated in the following picture.
You can navigate window tabs and change project settings, or leave them as they are. Subsequently click Create Project
.
A newly created application is ready to run and looks like the following illustration.
