ToolbarBuilder.NoDataText(JS) Method
SECURITY NOTE
The Toolbar component evaluates the value of the noDataText option. As such, the Toolbar component may be vulnerable to XSS attacks. To protect your web app, encode HTML markup before you assign it to the noDataText option. Specifies the text or HTML markup displayed by the UI component if the item collection is empty. Mirrors the client-side noDataText option.
