RangeSelectorScaleBuilder.ShowCustomBoundaryTicks(JS) Method

Specifies whether or not to show ticks for the boundary scale values, when neither major ticks nor minor ticks are created for these values. Mirrors the client-side showCustomBoundaryTicks option.
