ChartZoomAndPanBuilder.AllowTouchGestures(JS) Method

Specifies whether users can use touch gestures to zoom or pan the chart. Applies only if zoom and pan are allowed for the argument or value axis. Mirrors the client-side allowTouchGestures option.
