Gets a command to customize the numbered list parameters.

Remarks

Call the execute(abstractNumberingListIndex, listLevelSettings) method to invoke the command. The method checks the command state (obtained via the getState(abstractNumberingListIndex) method) to determine whether the action can be performed.
