Remarks
Use the TimeZone to specify the basic time zone in which the Calendar operates. Refer to the Microsoft Time Zone Index Values topic for the list of all available time zones.
The Calendar is not able to read a custom time zone created by calling the standard System.TimeZoneInfo.CreateCustomTimeZone method.
