RangeBase Events

Serves as the base class for all ranges.

Name	Description
IndicatorEnter	Occurs when any value indicator enters the current range.
IndicatorLeave	Occurs when any value indicator leaves the current range.
PropertyChanged	Occurs every time any of the BaseGaugeNotificationElement class properties has changed its value. Inherited from BaseGaugeNotificationElement.
