Line
A Line indicates a scale and can be used for decoration purposes. By default, it is placed under tickmarks, but you can change its position by using the ScaleLineOptions.Offset property.
A Line is defined by an instance of the ScaleLineOptions class returned by the Scale.LineOptions property.
