Nullable<Decimal>	A Decimal value that specifies the maximum allowed value.

Remarks

The minimum allowed value is specified using the SpinEdit.MinValue property. To specify the editor’s current value, use the BaseEdit.EditValue property.

If you try to set the BaseEdit.EditValue property to a new value that exceeds the SpinEdit.MinValue and MaxValue range, the BaseEdit.EditValue property will store the last valid value.
