EncryptionType Enum

Lists the encryption types used to protect documents.

Members

Name	Description
COMPATIBLE	Standard encryption for Open XML files. The encryption data uses a binary EncryptionInfo structure. The default encryption algorithm is AES-128, and the hashing algorithm is SHA-1.
STRONG	Agile encryption for Open XML files. The encryption data uses an XML EncryptionInfo structure. The default encryption algorithm is AES-256, and the hashing algorithm is SHA-512. Binary files use RC4 CryptoAPI encryption.
fromValue(int value)	Returns the enum item with the specified integer value.
getName()	Returns the enum item name.
getValue()	Returns the integer value.
toString()	Returns the string representation.
valueOf(String name)	Returns the enum constant with the specified name.
values()	Returns available constants.

Remarks

Use the EncryptionOptions class to specify presentation encryption settings. Pass an EncryptionOptions object to the Presentation.encrypt() method to encrypt a presentation.
