Namespace: DevExpress.ExpressApp.Web

Assembly: DevExpress.ExpressApp.Web.v23.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.ExpressApp.Web

Declaration

[Browsable(false)]
[DefaultValue(false)]
public bool CanCreatePersistentCookie { get; set; }

Property Value

Type Default Description
Boolean false

true, if a cookie that stores logon parameters is created; otherwise, false.

Remarks

By default, XAF forces a user to reenter credentials for when the browser is restarted, but a FormsAuthentication ticket is still available. Set CanCreatePersistentCookie to true to use the stored cookie and automatically logon with the logon parameters from the passed cookie object. This value is passed to the FormsAuthentication.GetAuthCookie method.
