Remarks

Subscribes to the XafApplication.SetupComplete event and initializes the ViewVariantsModule.VariantsProvider and ViewVariantsModule.FrameVariantsEngine properties by the ModelVariantsProvider and FrameVariantsEngine objects respectively, if these properties are not yet initialized.
