Important Notes
Only WinForms applications and ASP.NET Web Forms applications with the ASPxGridListEditor support the MasterDetailMode.ListViewAndDetailView mode.
- In ASP.NET Web Forms applications, the IModelListViewWeb.DetailRowMode option is similar to MasterDetailMode, but it allows you to show a Detail View in a List View’s Detail Row.
- For the best performance, we do not recommend that you use IModelListViewWeb.DetailRowMode together with the ListViewAndDetailView mode.
- ASPxGridView in ListViewAndDetailView mode ignores the AllowEdit and NewItemRowPosition options.
