Remarks

The GetEffectiveBorderColor method searches an actual border color in the following order:

• the cell’s BorderColor property value if it differs from the default value;
• the BorderColor property value in a style of the cell’s area (HeaderAreaStyle, DataAreaStyle or TotalAreaStyle) if it is set;
• the BorderColor property value in the GeneralStyle if it is set;
• the default border color.
