Property Value

Type Description
AppearanceObject

A AppearanceObject object that provides the appearance settings used to paint column headers.

Remarks

The HeaderPanel property specifies the appearance settings of all the visible column headers and indicator cells. These settings can be overridden by individual columns. Use the column’s GridColumn.AppearanceHeader property for this purpose. If the View is painted in WindowsXP, Office2003 or Skin style, the appearance settings used to paint the background of header and row indicator panels are ignored.

Column headers can also be custom painted using the GridView.CustomDrawColumnHeader event.
