Remarks

If you set the Handled property to true, the related link will paint none of its default elements (caption, icon, drop-down arrow, etc.) unless you manually call desired Draw… methods before (BarItemCustomDrawEventArgs.DrawText, BarItemCustomDrawEventArgs.DrawGlyph, BarItemCustomDrawEventArgs.DrawArrow and others).
