ToolTipController.ShowHint(String) Method

Displays a hint relative to the mouse cursor using current ToolTipController settings.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
toolTip	String	The text to display as a tooltip.

Remarks

The tooltip is displayed using current ToolTipController settings.

The method raises the ToolTipController.BeforeShow and ToolTipController.CalcSize events before the hint is displayed.

The ShowHint method does not support flyout tooltips. Use the FlyoutPanel‘s methods instead.
