Sets a regular tooltip for the specified control.

value | String | A string representing a regular tooltip’s text. |
Remarks
Use the SetToolTip method to specify a regular tooltip for the specified control. The type of tooltips (regular or SuperToolTip objects) displayed for controls is specified by the ToolTipController.ToolTipType property.
To disable a regular tooltip for a control, call SetToolTip and set the value parameter to an empty string.
To get a regular tooltip for a control, use the ToolTipController.GetToolTip function.
