Labels

Two kinds of Labels are available for an Arc Scale:

Standard Labels, whose position is determined by the ArcScale.LabelOptions property.
Custom Labels that can be placed at any location along a scale.

CircularGauge_Labels

Standard Labels are defined by the ArcScaleLabelOptions object that can be accessed via the ArcScale.LabelOptions property.
