Line
A Line indicates the entire interval along the tickmarks on a scale and is used for decoration purposes. A Line is usually placed under the tickmarks, but you can change its position by using the ScaleLineOptions.Offset property.
A Line is defined by an instance of the ScaleLineOptions class returned by the Scale.LineOptions property.
