SchedulerStorage.TriggerAlerts() Method

In This Article

Invokes reminder alerts for the current time.

Namespace: DevExpress.Xpf.Scheduler

Assembly: DevExpress.Xpf.Scheduler.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Wpf.Scheduler

#Declaration

public void TriggerAlerts()

#Remarks

Important

You are viewing documentation for the legacy WPF Scheduler control. If you’re starting a new project, we strongly recommend that you use a new control declared in the DevExpress.Xpf.Scheduling namespace. If you decide to upgrade an existing project in order to switch to the updated scheduler control, see the Migration Guidelines document.

Use the TriggerAlerts method to invoke all alerts immediately, instead of waiting for a timer-generated trigger. By default, reminders are checked every 15000 milliseconds (this interval is specified by the SchedulerStorage.RemindersCheckInterval property value).

The method is useful to check all reminders and perform all the necessary actions on application start.
