SchedulerControl.Start Property

Gets or sets the start date of the Scheduler control.

Namespace: DevExpress.Xpf.Scheduler

Assembly: DevExpress.Xpf.Scheduler.v19.2.dll

Declaration

public DateTime Start { get; set; }

Property Value

Type Description
DateTime

A DateTime value which represents the start date of the Scheduler.

Remarks

Important

You are viewing documentation for the legacy WPF Scheduler control. If you’re starting a new project, we strongly recommend that you use a new control declared in the DevExpress.Xpf.Scheduling namespace. If you decide to upgrade an existing project in order to switch to the updated scheduler control, see the Migration Guidelines document.

The Scheduler control’s start date is the date on which the scheduler initially shows its data, according to its SchedulerControl.ActiveView.

Example

This example demonstrates how to set the start date of the Scheduler control via the SchedulerControl.Start property. You can selectively do this, either at design time (via the XAML markup)…

<dxsch:SchedulerControl Name="schedulerControl1"
                        Start="7/15/2011"/>

…or at runtime (via code in the code-behind file).

schedulerControl1.Start = new System.DateTime(2011, 7, 15);

The following code snippets (auto-collected from DevExpress Examples) contain references to the Start property.
