If you’re starting a new project, we strongly recommend that you use a new control declared in the DevExpress.Xpf.Scheduling namespace. Use the DragDropOptions property to restrain raising the drag-and-drop event of the Scheduler control, and specify appointment movement type (smoothed or snapped to time cells).
