PdfIconScalingCircumstances	A PdfIconScalingCircumstances enumeration value that lists the circumstances for scaling an icon.

Available values:

Name	Description
Always	Always scale.
BiggerThanAnnotationRectangle	Scale only when the icon is bigger than the annotation rectangle.
SmallerThanAnnotationRectangle	Scale only when the icon is smaller than the annotation rectangle.
Never	Never scale.
