MVCxICalendarImportSettings Fields

Contains settings specific to iCalendar export of the Scheduler.

AppointmentImported	Occurs after an AppointmentImporter class or its descendant imports an appointment to an iCalendar file or to MS Outlook Calendar storage.
AppointmentImporting	Occurs before an AppointmentImporter class or its descendant imports an appointment to an iCalendar file or to MS Outlook Calendar storage.
