Remarks
By default, the RenderIFrameForPopupElements property is set to DefaultBoolean.Default, which means that this feature is not initially in effect for all browsers.
Set the RenderIFrameForPopupElements property to DefaultBoolean.True, to render a specific underlayer iframe below the editor’s popup dialogs when they’re invoked, in order to display them above any Java applets contained on the web page.
