Remarks

The cell merging feature is enabled if the View’s GridOptionsView.AllowCellMerge option is set to true. To control how cells are merged handle the GridView.CellMerge event. The CellMergeEventArgs class provides data for this event. See the GridView.CellMerge topic for more information.
