Remarks
Badge are anchored to specific UI elements via the AdornerElement.TargetElement property. By default, badges are located at the top left corner of their related elements. Use the Location property to change this relative position. Additionally, you can move badges from their positions using the BadgeDefaultProperties.Offset property.
If the Location property is not set, badges are aligned according to the global BadgeProperties.Location property.
