UseWindowsXPTheme specifies whether controls should be painted using the native Windows theme or the style determined by the UserLookAndFeel.Style property. UseWindowsXPTheme and UserLookAndFeel.Style are only in effect if
the UserLookAndFeel.UseDefaultLookAndFeel property is set to false.
The actual style currently applied is determined by the UserLookAndFeel.ActiveStyle property. This returns one of the ActiveLookAndFeelStyle values based on UseWindowsXPTheme and UserLookAndFeel.Style property values of the currently applied LookAndFeel object. See the UserLookAndFeel.ActiveLookAndFeel topic for more information.
