Remarks

Use the EnableAxisYNavigation property to specify whether it’s allowed to scroll and zoom the Y-axis of an XY-diagram.

For X-axes, the similar XYDiagram2D.EnableAxisXNavigation property is available in the XYDiagram2D class.
