VCL Scheduler: Supported Commands List

The ExpressScheduler Suite provides a comprehensive set of commands that provide access to numerous schedule/calendar navigation options and built-in customization dialogs. To allow an end-user to execute these commands, you can link them manually to elements of your UI or employ the automatic Ribbon or Toolbar UI generation feature.
A
- AgendaView
Displays the Agenda View in the scheduling area.
To localize the AgendaView command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionAgendaViewCaption and sdxSchedulerActionAgendaViewHint resource strings.
C
- CompressWeekends
Either displays both the Saturday and Sunday in one day cell or in separate cells when the Weeks View is active.
To localize the CompressWeekends command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionCompressWeekendsCaption and sdxSchedulerActionCompressWeekendsHint resource strings.

- DateNavigator
Switches the Date Navigator pane’s visibility.
To localize the DateNavigator command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionDateNavigatorCaption and sdxSchedulerActionDateNavigatorHint resource strings.
- DayView
Displays the Day View in the scheduling area.
To localize the DayView command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionDayViewCaption and sdxSchedulerActionDayViewHint resource strings.

- GanttView
Displays the Gantt View in the scheduling area.
To localize the GanttView command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionGanttViewCaption and sdxSchedulerActionGanttViewHint resource strings.
- GoBackward
Displays and selects the day preceding the currently selected day when the Day View is active and shows only a single day.
To localize the GoBackward command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionGoBackwardCaption and sdxSchedulerActionGoBackwardHint resource strings.
- GoForward
- Displays and selects the day following the currently selected day when the Day View is active and shows only a single day. To localize the GoForward command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionGoForwardCaption and sdxSchedulerActionGoForwardHint resource strings.
- GoToDate
Invokes the Go To Date dialog.
To localize the GoToDate command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionGoToDateCaption and sdxSchedulerActionGoToDateHint resource strings.
- GoToToday
Displays and selects the current day in the scheduling area.
To localize the GoToToday command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionGoToTodayCaption and sdxSchedulerActionGoToTodayHint resource strings.
- GroupByDate
Groups user events by dates and resources.
To localize the GroupByDate command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionGroupByDateCaption and sdxSchedulerActionGroupByDateHint resource strings.
- GroupByNone
Displays user events in chronological order.
To localize the GroupByNone command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionGroupByNoneCaption and sdxSchedulerActionGroupByNoneHint resource strings.
- GroupByResource
Groups user events by resources.

- MonthView
Displays the Weeks View in the scheduling area. This View shows all weeks of the month containing the day that is currently selected.
To localize the MonthView command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionMonthViewCaption and sdxSchedulerActionMonthViewHint resource strings.
N
- NewEvent
Invokes the Event dialog.
To localize the NewEvent command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionNewEventCaption and sdxSchedulerActionNewEventHint resource strings.
- NewRecurringEvent
Invokes the “Event recurrence” dialog.
To localize the NewRecurringEvent command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionNewRecurringEventCaption and sdxSchedulerActionNewRecurringEventHint resource strings.
- NextSevenDays
Displays the Day View in the scheduling area. As a result, seven days become visible starting from the current day that becomes selected.
To localize the NextSevenDays command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionNextSevenDaysCaption and sdxSchedulerActionNextSevenDaysHint resource strings.

- ResourcesLayoutEditor
Invokes the Resources layout editor dialog.
To localize the ResourcesLayoutEditor command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionResourcesLayoutEditorCaption and sdxSchedulerActionResourcesLayoutEditorHint resource strings.

- SnapEventsToTimeSlots
Visually snaps user events to the time blocks in the scheduling area.
To localize the SnapEventsToTimeSlots command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionSnapEventsToTimeSlotsCaption and sdxSchedulerActionSnapEventsToTimeSlotsHint resource strings.
- ShowPageSetupForm
Invokes the Page Setup dialog. Note that the ShowPageSetupForm command requires both the TdxComponentPrinter and a valid scheduler report link.
To localize the ShowPageSetupForm command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionPageSetupCaption and sdxSchedulerActionPageSetupHint resource strings.
- ShowPrintForm

Displays the TimeGrid View in the scheduling area.

- TimeScale5Minutes
Sets the time selection bar size to 5 minutes in the TimeGrid View.

- TimeScale6Minutes
Sets the time selection bar size to 6 minutes in the TimeGrid View.

- TimeScale10Minutes
Sets the time selection bar size to 10 minutes in the TimeGrid View.

- TimeScale15Minutes

- TimeScale60Minutes
Sets the time selection bar size to 60 minutes in the TimeGrid View.

W
- WorkTimeOnly
Switches the visibility of non-working hours in the TimeGrid View.
To localize the WorkTimeOnly command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionWorkTimeOnlyCaption and sdxSchedulerActionWorkTimeOnlyHint resource strings.
- WorkWeekView
Displays the Day View in the scheduling area. This View shows all weekdays of the week containing the day that is currently selected. If the selected day falls on a weekend, the WorkWeekView command displays the next week’s working days.
To localize the WorkWeekView command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionWorkWeekViewCaption and sdxSchedulerActionWorkWeekViewHint resource strings.
- WeekView
Displays the Week View in the scheduling area. This View displays seven days of the week containing the day that is currently selected.
To localize the WeekView command’s Caption and Hint, use the sdxSchedulerActionWeekViewCaption and sdxSchedulerActionWeekViewHint resource strings.

Displays the Year View in the scheduling area.
